Owners Ellen Peoples and Sharyn Bingham are a mother-daughter duo who have an impressive combined experience of  28 plus years. But, the most important part of their business is beyond just expertise. They have become known for their premier customer service. Ellen Peoples has been in the title business in Florida for 17 years. Previously she worked at one of the largest law firms in the Southeast doing title and abstract research. Ellen compares title work with putting puzzles together and a game of Clue. It’s also like studying a genealogy tree for property, she says.  While she enjoys the exquisite detail of the work, she also loves dealing with clients. She knows she is helping them with such an important life event, whether it is for a family home or a business and finds that so rewarding. Aside from her work in the real estate industry, Ellen was an elected official in New Jersey for seven years as a member of the school board. Ellen has been married to husband Robert for 43 years and they have had six children together.

Sharyn Bingham has 11 years experience in the title business. She started her career as a senior in college working at first helping her Mom with post-closings. Then she found the title business was a perfect fit for her. When she graduated, Sharyn continued her work in the industry and handled processing and management duties at various firms.. Then, five years ago, Sharyn and Ellen decided they were equipped and motivated to have their own company. Each of them had always been all about the clients, so they knew they could make a difference in the real estate industry.  Ellen says of Sharyn, “she is an amazing daughter and incredible business partner. She works well under deadline pressure and can juggle 15 pots on the stove.”  The fifth Peoples child, Sharyn received her degree in musical theatre and continues to have a passion for performing. Clients and many others have seen her in multiple South Florida theatre productions.
